Young wine-makers will guide participants through the tasting process of Italian and Sardinian wines, with a particular look at their history and production.
The last day of the course includes a guided visit to an important wine producer close to Olbia to see the various phases of wine making.
The courses, whether for individuals or small groups, last one week and are divided into three meetings of 2 hours each.
